Behavioural Economics combines some of the best ideas in Economics, Psychology and other social sciences to improve our understanding of the decision-making process - both rational and irrational. In the current world full of screens and unlimited choice, understanding the patterns and pitfalls of human decision-making is key. As humans, we have limited brainpower and often take shortcuts to conserve that brainpower for certain decisions.
This workshop explores a core set of those shortcuts – “heuristics” – and predictable errors – “biases” – to provide participants with the psychological foundation for smarter decision-making, product design and marketing communications.
Key Takeaways -
The top psychological variables impacting your customer's decision-making
Actionable insights on how to leverage behavioural science in your product development and marketing campaigns
Tools, like behavioural diagnosis, that help you evaluate your current product and marketing experience to prioritize changes
Understanding how to avoid your own biases and pitfalls when making business decisions
